WebCom is a tool to automatically communicate online with the cloud services of Sinaptica IT.

Sinaptica IT has released the WebCom App for Android, with which it is possible to automatically communicate with the cloud services offered by Sinaptica IT.

 

ClinicOnline is our first platform to integrate the WebCom App, and it is used by both, patients and operators:

  • patients easily and automatically receive therapies and appointments on their smartphones, and may use the messages function;
  • health operators may exchange messages with their own colleagues and patients with no added cost - making communication and work organization easy. They also may check latest reminders, following appointments and hospital admittance events.

 

Accessing the system without using your user id and password

Thanks to the research and development unit, Sinaptica IT has created an amazing and extremely secure tool that allows you to access the online platform without needing to use your user id and password - through your own smartphone using the WebCom App. Indeed, when accessing the platform from your computer, you only need to scan the QR-code with your smartphone to be immediately identified and able to work.

 

All these functions offer the usual security guarantee that characterizes Sinaptica IT.
